Bob and Mardie Flack (Also know as CAPTAIN AMERICA) live in San Diego County, California. Bob also has a fiberglass company, Custom Boat work in Santa Ysabel, where he manufactures aftermarket boat products. Mardie is retired from 26 years in banking and very happy to be!

They have sold Jerky Hut products since 1996, when they decided to bring THE JERKY HUT to Florida and began developing that market. They are in Florida about half the year, traveling from Jacksonville to the Keys to do Boat Shows, Fishing Shows, Car Shows, Nautical Flea Markets, Home shows and Races.

In San Diego they do Boat Shows, Street Fairs, Car Shows and Festivals of all kinds. They also do some in other areas of California and Nevada.

Bob and Mardie’s son, Tyson Flack, started off road racing with "MECO Racing" in 2006, so they became of "MECO’s" sponsors. They of course, keep the racing crew supplied with plenty of Jerky!
